Monday-Thursday $200 per hour, minimum 2 hours
Friday-Sunday $300 per hour, minimum 2 hours
No liquor allowed, No outside alcohol
Must purchase wine, beer, hard cider, mead, etc from TCF – no minimum
TCF will provide the food unless the party wants something TCF cannot provide – to bring food in and use the kitchen, the fee is $200.
The kitchen can only be used by a licensed caterer
Clean up fee $100
Deposit 50% down, remaining balance paid for at the event
