Easter is right around the corner and what a nice time to celebrate Spring with family and friends. Meals tend to consist of lighter meats such as lamb and ham, veggie dishes such as fresh salad, roasted beets, and peas with mint. Serving light, fruity, less tannic wines with these meals is most desirable.

  • Lamb – Pinot Noir
  • Ham – Riesling
  • Salad – Sauvignon Blanc
  • Roasted beets – Albarino
  • Peas with mint – Unoaked Chardonnay

Don’t forget dessert! The classic milk chocolate bunny goes well with a chilled glass or bottle of Rosé.
